4. Can you grind my coffee?

We do not offer ground coffee at this time. Our coffee will ship as whole bean.

5. There's an error with my order OR My order is damaged OR I would like to modify my order. Now what?

In case of any of the above, send us a message at info@moodartisancoffee.com. We'll gladly help you out any way we can.

6. Is your coffee tested for mold and mycotoxins?

We've been getting a lot of questions on this lately. And to be honest, this is generally a non-issue when drinking our coffee because it is premium-grade specialty coffee. You are likely to encounter issues with mold and harmful residues in lower-grade commodity coffee.

7. Is your coffee Fair-Trade?

Fair-Trade is a name brand organization that charges people to use their certification. It is mostly paid for by high-volume, substandard commercial coffee producers as a marketing ploy.

To be clear, we pay 4X to 5X more for our coffees than the current Fair-Trade price. Why? Because our coffees are better. Period.

We prefer Direct Trade and work with established importers with high social, ethical and quality reputations in the industry.

8. Is your coffee organic?

Some of our coffees are certified organic. But same with the "Fair-Trade" certification we talked about above, a lot of our farmers employ meticulous farming practices that are over and above the standards of any organic certification. These certifications are costly and frequently eat into the margins of our producers.
