This blend is really good. Its time is over, since the holidays are done, so I'm looking forward to see what the next seasonal blend is like!

4.5/5 - The email profile is spot-on in that this is a mild anaerobic coffee. It will not hit you with funk and it remains very approachable. I don't normally taste anybody's tasting notes but I did get some citrusy/orangey flavours from it that I really enjoyed, almost like tangerine rinds. The roast itself is great in my opinion! I gravitate more towards lighter to medium roasts so I definitely would not want this any darker. The only -0.5 for me is that I was expecting some bolder anaerobic flavours but my love of funk in my coffee is my personal bias.

I've been brewing approx 18g of coffee in 300g water with the Mugen V60.

Ironically, geopolitics forced me out of my comfort zone to find a Canadian coffee that I could enjoy. I began looking at packaging in stores, and reading online. Last Halloween, while surfing the "clock app," I came across Seema talking about her artisan java.
She seemed quite convincing, so I ordered the sampler pack.

Every coffee in the sampler was excellent, but Aloof's flavour stood above the others in my opinion. As such, it's become my weekend coffee, which is the most important coffee in my mind, as that's when I relax.

I love this decaf! Being caffeine sensitive but loving coffee, I have spent the last year comparing decaf from various roasters, primarily in Ontario, and have decided that I like this one the best. I also appreciate the businesses values. My favorite brew method lately ( i do love a good mocha pot) is a pour over so that is the only method I have used so far for this decaf.

Once I figured out the right bean measurement for my grinder, I was able to truly enjoy the coffees. My fave right now is the Cozy Cozy winter blend. Thank you! 😋☕️🤎

This blend is so smooth and flavourful. For the first time in my life, I'm drinking my coffee black and enjoying every sip!

This morning I started my sampler package with this fine coffee. From the first sip I was well impressed! Thank you to everyone who helped create and bring this very delightful product to my cup!!

I've always tried finding really good coffee but was looking in the wrong places, grocery and department stores. Then I took a chance on an online order based on a Facebook post, and am I ever glad I did. This Mood Artisan coffee is truly amazing. Having a great cup of coffee in the morning is so important to start one's day. I also love the connection I have starting with those who picked the coffee beans. Drinking this coffee is like tasting a peach right off the tree where I know the farmer compared to eating one from a store where I have no connection at all to where it came from.

I just ordered four coffees from the website. The first one I tried was the Aloof. It tastes amazing. Smooth and no bitter aftertaste. I am looking forward to trying the other blends I ordered soon. I know where I will be buying my coffee from now on! :)

My husband and I love coffee and we really enjoyed taste testing the 5-pack Coffee Sampler. It was nice to see that the beans were not oily as our machine tends to get clogged with oily beans. We sampled from lightest to darkest and as we suspected, we preferred the darker roasts. Each sample had a distinct flavour. Our favourite was the Elizabeth Corsi & Family Rodomunho from Brazil. I particularly like that these coffees are female-sourced and single origin.

I'm getting into the Mood for the first time, and went with a sampling of five different beans. I'm a big fan of Canadian companies, and look at quality first. This blissful offering from Ms. Corsi was excellent. Full flavour, with brown sugar & dark chocolate notes rising up to shine. An excellent brew, and I'm hoping there's more bliss on the horizon.
