What a great idea offering a discovery set with 5 different flavours. This morning I thoroughly enjoyed the Francy Castillo and it was so smooth and delicious. LOVE the new packaging-so fun!!

I’ve tried a lot of decaf coffees and I still keep coming back to this one. That alone says a lot. It’s consistently smooth, well-balanced, and actually enjoyable to drink—something that isn’t always easy to find with decaf.
I’m still brewing it using a pour-over method, and it continues to deliver a clean, rich cup with great flavour and no bitterness. It doesn’t feel like a compromise at all, which is exactly what I look for in a decaf.
If you’ve been disappointed by other decafs in the past, this one is absolutely worth trying. It’s become my go-to, and I don’t see that changing anytime soon.

Love this coffee - it is robust, flavourful but not overpowering.

I tried the decaf as I find many decaf coffees do it have a very good flavour or are quite bitter. The Mood decaf tastes amazing and doesn't leave a bad aftertaste. I also need very little sugar or cream to make it to my taste. Usually I need quite a lot of both to make it palatable.

I loved all my samples. This is truly the most delicious coffee. I had different batches of friends over for weekend coffee and spoil them with the best coffee. They're hooked too!
Rich and bold worth no bitterness or aftertaste that you get with store coffee or other over roasted kinds. Thank you for this goodness. Keep up the fabulous work.

I have been enjoying this coffee very much. I have an espresso machine and grind the beans to make a latte every morning. I will buy this coffee again. I have enjoyed it very much.

I never really liked Central American coffee until I tasted the Honduras brew. I’m on the Brazil beans now & enjoying the taste very much. Just as good in my automatic DeLonghi cafetera as by drip.

Now that I have made Mood coffee part of my morning ritual there is no going back to regular coffee brands. First, and foremost, this is women supporting women. I am so happy to see a Canadian, female-owned brand that is supporting female farmers around the globe! That alone is groundbreaking to me and I am here for it.

So far I have only tried 2 of the 3 flavours I have purchased, but I really like the most recent flavour the most (Colombia Washed by Francy Castillo). I can actually taste the subtle fruity peach notes and a hint of the milk chocolate. I think it comes across as a slightly lighter roast. Oddly enough, when I spilled coffee on myself this week, it smells kind of like soy sauce, but it certainly does not taste that way, thankfully! It might be the combination of the coffee with my lactose-free milk in it. I cannot wait to try more flavours!

I brew this every morning by freshly grinding 3-4 tablespoons of beans and placing it into my regular coffee maker with water. I have a miniature coffee maker, so I think this makes about a cup to a cup and a half of coffee (depending on how much I want to make). I like a stronger, bolder flavour.

Shipping is pretty fast, especially since I am Canadian :). It is easy for me to get more coffee any time I need or want it. I think I get a couple weeks out of 1 bag, as I am the only coffee drinker in my household and I only drink it in the morning before work.

This has been a favorite of mine since I started ordering from Mood. Crafted with care and precision, it's much lighter than the coffees I preferred before I really started paying attention. I'll be keeping this one around as long as it's available.

This coffee is truly excellent. It is flavorful and complex enough to enjoy black, but full-bodied enough to stand up to cream or milk. It is a great choice for folks who gravitate toward dark roasts to experiment with lighter roasted coffee, because it is perhaps on the dark end of the spectrum for Mood, but not roasted dark enough to start losing subtlety. Really outstanding.

Just tried this coffee for the first time! Amazing flavour! Will be purchasing more for myself as well as for gifts. And love the story behind this business 💖
