Medium roasted to bring out real flavour with lots of sweetness, without the bitterness of stale and oily grocery store coffee and without the vinegary, astringent notes of "bro-culture" coffee.

Enjoying our 1st cups from the sample pack ordered for my husbands bday, only to realize my husband & i alone would be spending $80/wk in your standard 1kg sizes. We want better & fairer coffee but this is a luxury item at triple the price point we pay for good coffee now. Canadians have less $$$ & more ethics than ever so difficult.

I really like the idea of the discovery set. I have now tried 4 of the 5 packs. I have yet to try Marleyi Cordoba-el diviso micro-lot. So far I have enjoyed 3. The natural fermented Imaculada Barbosa really didn't appeal to me. It tasted raw, but am not sure if that is an accurate description. However, I also do not consider myself an expert coffee brewer. I use a basic drip coffee maker and only recently bought a grinder. I do however look forward to more of Mood coffee offerings and support the opportunity they are providing to female coffee farmers.
I go to bed looking forward to drinking my coffee from Mood. I’ve tried a number of coffees from this roaster and have loved each one. This newest ones sweetness was a surprise and I live any coffee with caramel tones 😊
This is a very pleasant tasting coffee with a great aroma. It's easy to drink, and not very acidic. I'm used to very robust tasting coffees, so I was surprised at how smooth and easy to drink this coffee was. It's definitely a 'slow down and sip the day away' kind of coffee.
