At Mood Artisan Coffee we take pride in our craftsmanship and stand behind the products we produce. More so, we listen to our customers and value your feedback.
If you are not completely satisfied with your whole bean coffee purchase, please send us an email quoting your order number and requesting a refund to info@moodartisancoffee.com within 7 days from the delivery date/receipt of your package and we will happily refund you for the purchase, net of any shipping or return shipping fees incurred.
This guarantee applies to whole bean coffee only and does not apply to ground coffee or merchandise.
This guarantee applies to first time customers only who purchase a Discovery Set. The refund will be equal to the value of one Discovery Set purchased less shipping fees.
If you have purchased merchandise or accessories and something is not right, please contact us immediately at info@moodartisancoffee.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Shipping Issues & Mis-deliveries
If your order was stolen from your property, we are not able to reship or absorb the loss. Any reshipping fees will be the responsibility of the buyer and are required to be settled before we ship the package again.
Any shipping issues due to improper information provided by the customer at checkout cannot be absorbed by our small business.
Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. We ship to the exact address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it wasn’t picked up from the carrier’s pickup location, the order is considered fulfilled. In these cases, we’re happy to reship once it’s returned, but the customer will be responsible for covering the new shipping cost and product costs (if the shipment was undeliverable or lost as a result of customer error).
