We offer free standard shipping on order values of $64 and above.

We're trying our best to streamline our production process as we continue to grow.

We collect orders throughout the week and roast on Mondays & Tuesdays.

Order cutoff: Monday at 8 AM EST

Shipments: Wednesday & Thursday

If you miss the cutoff, reach out to us at info@moodartisancoffee.com and we will try out best to see how we can accommodate your order.

Estimated Shipping Times*:

GTA + Hamilton: 3-4 business days

Rest of Canada: 4-10 business days

IMPORTANT NOTE ON SHIPPING ISSUES:

Once your order is shipped, it goes into the hands of the shipping provider(s). We try our best to partner with reputable carriers that have both quick turnaround times and good service. However, errors, delays, mis-deliveries, and lost packages do occur once in a while.

If you would like a status update on your order, we ask that you please first check the tracking via the link that was provided to you when your order was fulfilled.

If something is wrong or does not look right with the tracking, you can do a few things:

  1. Reach out to the carrier and quote your tracking number to get an update or nudge them to investigate your package status.
  2. Reach out to us at info@moodartisancoffee.com and we will also do the same. Please note that this might take longer than your first option above as we triage questions and inquiries based on priority.

If you believe your package has been stolen then please reach out to us at info@moodartisancoffee.com immediately.

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. We ship to the exact address provided at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address after completing checkout please reach out to us immediately so we can correct the address prior to dispatch.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it wasn’t picked up from the carrier’s pickup location in time, the order is considered fulfilled. In these cases, we’re happy to reship once it’s returned.
