Subscriptions

  1. Subscriptions are offered on select coffees for 2-week, 4-week and 6-week cadences.
  2. In order to activate the subscription discount, you must commit to a minimum of 3 orders within the subscription.
    • For example, if you sign up for a subscription with a 2-week cadence, you must pay for (and take delivery of) the coffee 3 times prior to being permitted to cancel, amend or delay the subscription.
  3. You may amend, delay or cancel your subscription at anytime after the 3 order minimum.
  4. You can do a product swap at anytime. If you swap a product that is below the free shipping threshold, you will be charged $10 for standard shipping. If you swap a product that is above the free shipping threshold you will not be charged for standard shipping.
  5. You will receive a billing reminder prior to being charged for your subscription at which point you will be able to amend it.
