Confetti Cake - Sourcing

At Mood, we work exclusively with women-led farms, co-ops, and collectives. Confetti Cake is no exception. Both components of this blend are traceable to women producers who bring generational knowledge, innovation, and incredible craftsmanship to every harvest.

We sourced the Bolivia washed from Apex Coffee in Montreal, Canada and our El Salvador washed from our friends at Specialty Beans Inc - a farming family who split their time between Richmond BC and their farm in El Salvador.

These coffees were selected not just for their flavours, but for the values they represent: equity, transparency, and intention. Through direct trade relationships and women-centred sourcing programs, we’re excited to work with producers who are making their mark on the specialty coffee world.
