The Monkaaba initiative, led by Esnaider Ortega-Gomez and other experienced growers, is designed to bridge the gap between producers and the specialty coffee market. By focusing on education, quality control, and direct relationships, Monkaaba ensures that farmers like Sonia receive fair compensation and recognition for their hard work.
