Cozy Cozy is Back: Mood’s Annual Holiday Shop Has Officially Opened

This year’s Cozy Cozy is a blend of coffees from Brazil, Guatemala, and Ethiopia, all intentionally sourced from farmers who pour their hearts into every harvest. The Story Behind Cozy Cozy

Cozy Cozy started as a love letter to my niece.

A few winters ago, she came over for one of our holiday slumber parties. She was two at the time. Tiny, full of personality, and completely devastated when she realized she’d forgotten her favourite blanket at home. I went rummaging through the house to find something that might comfort her and came back with a ridiculously soft, pink throw.

She wrapped herself in it, let out the biggest sigh, and giggled, “Cozy cozy.”

That moment stuck with me. It was so small, but it captured everything I love about the holidays. Warmth, laughter, and the kind of comfort you can’t buy. I wanted to bottle that feeling. And so, the first Cozy Cozy Winter Blend was born.

Fast forward to today: I now have two nieces, both with the same contagious laughter and knack for reminding me what the holidays are really about. They’ve grown into the heart of this blend and the reason it exists. Every year, when I roast Cozy Cozy, I think of them wrapped in blankets, giggling in their holiday onesies, while the smell of cookies and spice fills the house.

That’s the essence of Cozy Cozy, a coffee that feels like home.
