In my experience, decaf coffee has never had a great reputation. I'm here to try and change that. Decaf can be just as lovely as full-caf coffee if it's treated properly. Enter Mellow - Decaf Blend!
I'm currently featuring a washed mountain water process (MWP) coffee from various smallholders in Mexico as my decaf offering. It tastes like malted milk and my mom's homemade banana cake with a hint of baking spices. I love enjoying this as a low-caffeine afternoon pick-me up.
