Together with her sons and extended family, she’s helping shape the future of regenerative coffee farming with an approach that’s rooted in both tradition and innovation.

About the Producer: Elzi Corsi & Family
Fazenda Rodomunho is the living legacy of four generations of coffee growers. Elzi Corsi, the matriarch, manages the financial health of the farm while her sons Thiago, Renato, and Rodrigo carry on the agricultural side of their heritage. Together, they’re reinventing what coffee farming looks like, merging regenerative agriculture, people-first values, and deep traceability to ensure every cup is grown with care.
While Thiago leads production, Elzi’s leadership behind the scenes ensures the farm runs smoothly. Her presence is felt in every decision, every investment in sustainable practices, and every step toward preserving their family’s future in coffee.
The Corsi family believes that great coffee starts with great people. From hiring practices to soil health, everything is intentional. And the result? Stunning coffees that taste as good as the values they’re built on.
Sourcing in Brazil
We sourced this coffee through our partners at Orange Brown, who work directly with family-run farms like Fazenda Rodomunho. The Cerrado Mineiro region is known for producing some of Brazil’s most consistent, high-quality coffees thanks to its rich soil, stable climate, and ideal altitude.
The Corsi family has taken that potential and elevated it, using regenerative farming to restore the land while growing complex, flavourful coffees that reflect the best of what Brazil has to offer. By working with importers who value transparency and sustainability, we ensure that families like the Corsis are paid fairly and supported long-term.
