Ntwari means hero in Kirundi and this coffee is named after the owner of the wet-mill, a widow who is finding her voice in the male-dominated coffee industry after her husband's passing.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhen I first came across this coffee, I knew I had to have it. I have the privilege of coming across a lot of stellar lots of coffees and this one was just so, so good. Jammy and fruity but also approachable with nutty and toffee undertones. No acidic aftertaste which can sometimes be present with natural coffees.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThere was just one caveat: this wet-mill owner didn't want to disclose her name or who she was. She didn't want the spotlight, she just wanted her coffees to speak for themselves. I had to put my trust in JNP (our import partner) on this one in honouring this woman's wishes.
